DESCRIPTION:Join us on Friday Nights to raise funds for our local community!\nHead down to The Grand on Friday nights to help us raise funds and awareness for a different charity each month. All proceeds raised will be donated at the end of the month. \nThroughout the months of July and August\, we are raising funds and awareness for: RULE Prostate Cancer \n \n  \n\n\nRULE’s Purpose: We can see a day when no Australian man will die of prostate cancer.  \n\nRULE Prostate Cancer was established by the Australian Prostate Centre and the E.J. Whitten Foundation joining forces together to protect more Aussie Legends in the fight against prostate cancer. \nThe E.J. Whitten Foundation was established in 1995 in honour of the great Ted Whitten Senior. With their annual E.J. Whitten Legends Game and numerous awareness programs\, the Foundation has raised over $15 million for men’s health. \nThe Australian Prostate Centre began as a research facility in 2012\, collaborating with institutions around the world to advance the treatment of prostate cancer. In 2014\, they opened the doors to their North Melbourne clinic based in Melbourne’s biomedical precinct. Since then\, they have successfully treated over 30\,000 men. \n\n\nThrough RULE Prostate Cancer\, the two organisations will be able to turbo charge their ability to achieve their shared purpose. \n\n\n\n\nDiscover all the local organisations and charities we sponsor yearly\, or support through raffles and donations on our community page here.
