How do I make a booking?
We are accepting bookings via the ‘Book A Table Now’ feature only.
Do I require a booking for entry?
No, a booking is not required for entry & we are accepting walk-ins, subject to table availability and venue density limitations.
All tables along the footpath, majority of the tables inside The Public Bar and half of the tables outside in Grand Stand are allocated to walk-ins only.
The date and time I am trying to book for is not appearing, are you booked out?
Yes, if your requested date and time does not appear, our bookable tables are booked out.
However, we are still accepting walk-ins subject to table availability and venue density limitations on our allocated walk-in tables.
What is the largest booking I can make?
Our largest table booking size is 10. The maximum amount of tables we can book per group is 2, accommodating up to a maximum of 20 guests across 2 tables.

What times can I book for lunch?
Our lunch booking times are:
12:00 pm, 12:30 pm, 1:00 pm, 1:30 pm, 2:00 pm
Please note, we are accepting lunch bookings on Saturday & Sunday only. We are accepting walk ins for lunch on Monday – Friday.
What times can I book for dinner?
Our dinner booking times are:
5:30 pm, 6:00 pm, 6:30 pm, 7:00 pm, 7:30 pm
Is there a time limit for my table?
All lunch bookings have the table guaranteed until 5 pm.
All dinner bookings have the table guaranteed until close.
I would like to sit inside The Kerry Bar. How do I do this?
When making your booking online, please request a standard table.
What is a standard table?
A standard table is a low table with low chairs, with a backing. These tables are situated inside The Kerry Bar.
I would like to sit outside in your newly renovated outdoor area, Grand Stand, how do I do this?
When making your booking online, please request an outdoor table.
What is the seating like in Grand Stand?
All tables outside in Grand Stand are on high tables with high stools, with a backing.
Additionally, we have low metal stools positioned along the edge of Grand Stand for casual drinking sessions.
What is the seating like in The Public Bar?
All tables inside The Public Bar are on high tables with high stools.
What is the seating like outside along The Footpath?
The tables outside along The Footpath are on low standard tables with low chairs, with a backing. There are also wine barrels with stools available. These tables cannot be booked and are for walk ins only.
Are dogs allowed in Grand Stand?
No dogs are allowed in Grand Stand; however, they are welcome on tables along The Footpath.
Is smoking or vaping allowed in Grand Stand?
No smoking or vaping is allowed outside in Grand Stand or inside our venue. Our smoking area is located at the front of the venue. No food can be consumed at the smoking tables.
Can I bring a birthday cake to my booking?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a birthday cake.
Am I required to check in? I do not have a mobile phone?
Yes, all guests are required to check-in as per Government regulations. No Tick = No Entry. If you do not have a mobile phone for the QR code, we are able to sign you in manually.
Is your newly renovated outdoor area covered from the weather?
We have multiple tables under cover and all other tables have shelter from umbrellas or trees. If extreme poor weather, we cannot guarantee a table will be available inside however we will try our best to accommodate.
If my booking is outside, does that guarantee it is undercover?
We cannot guarantee any table will be positioned undercover, however we will try our best to accommodate all table requests.

Do you have a children’s play area?
No, we do not have a children’s play area.
Are children allowed in The Public Bar and Grand Stand?
No children under the age of 18 are permitted inside The Public Bar or Grand Stand after 8:30 pm.
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian for entry at all times.
All children under the age of 18 must have an adult accompany them to the bar at all times, even if ordering a soft drink or juice.
Do you have disabled access?
Yes we have disabled access to all areas of our venue.
We have multiple disabled toilets and lift to access the Function spaces upstairs.
