To be recognised with these two major state titles is an extraordinary honour and a reflection of the passion, commitment, and hard work our entire team brings every day.

The AHA (Vic) Awards for Excellence are among the most respected hospitality awards in the state, with judging involving written submissions, in-depth interviews, and mystery shopper assessments across nominated venues throughout Victoria.

To be named Victoria’s Best Metropolitan Hotel is something we are immensely proud of — but what makes it even more special is also being recognised for what matters most to us: community.
