This was our second function at The Grand. We just recently celebrated my husband’s 50th in the Riverview Room. Once again, the staff were fantastic and the food was delicious (the duck pancakes, a favourite). It is such a gorgeous venue with a beautiful, leafy view. The function team were fabulous to deal with and very accommodating. Thanks so much for making our night so enjoyable!

We hired the Caledonia Room at The Grand hotel Warrandyte for our staff Christmas party. What a wonderful night! The room is beautiful with amazing views from the balcony and the staff were on point. We were looked after so well all night and the food and bar beverages were excellent. Cannot recommend The Grand and the Caledonia room highly enough for a celebration- it’s the perfect space for socialising , eating and drinking, dancing and partying-loved it!

We had our engagement in the Riverview Room and it was a great night. The staff were lovely and organising the event was a smooth process. All the feedback I have had from guests was positive and they all loved the location. The food was amazing and private bar service was great. Would definitely have another function here. My only regret is not getting more photos.

The recently refurbished Caledonia room was fantastic, the staff were awesome and accommodating which allowed everyone to have a night to remember. Highly recommend if you are looking for a space for any occasion.

Absolutely incredible! I had the most amazing experience at the Grand Hotel. From the moment I walked into the Riverview function room I knew I wanted to have my wedding there. It is such a beautiful and rustic function space. The function manager Nicole, Molly & Sarah are amazing! They were so quick to respond to any queries and were super accomodating. The canapés at our wedding were a huge hit! Especially the burgers, everyone still raves about them. I am so happy with my overall experience at the Grand. They really were an incredible venue space and the customer service is exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend the Grand for any function!

We recently held my daughter’s 21st bday party in the Riverview room at The Grand. We had viewed many venues but this one was perfect! The room so warm and inviting and the large balcony was also utilised by guests. The food was amazing and the service outstanding. Nicole their function co-ordinator was so helpful and had recommended, preferred suppliers on hand to make sure the party was perfect. If you’re looking for a venue for your next event, you can’t go past The Grand.

We had our joint 50th at Next Door Function by The Grand. The event was amazing! We had a ball and our guests loved the food and great service from the bar staff, waiters and chef. In addition to the great food, they happily catered for our dietaries, nothing was too hard, and no one felt like they were missing out. The functions team were super helpful and flexible in organising the event itself. The venue is beautiful, modern with excellent AV services (music, mic, TV for photos etc). We couldn’t recommend this highly enough, thank you The Grand Functions for helping to make our night so special.

I had my 21st Birthday at The Grand I had the absolute best time celebrating with friends and family! Between the delicious food and drink, the beautiful venue and amazing, kind function staff, I could not have asked for anything more!
