The Grand Team’s success at the prestigious 2024 AHA (Vic) State Awards for Excellence!
We are thrilled to announce The Grand Hotel won the highly respected award of ‘Heart of The Community’ on Monday 20th of May at The AHA (Vic) State Awards for Excellence 2024 for the second time in four years!
We are a proud standing community focused pub, and to win this award is a testament to not only the Grand family but the entire Warrandyte community. We love to support all organisations in and around town, the local kids through employment, to those in need when it matters most.
This award was judged via a written submission highlighting all that we do, from Friday night meat tray raffles and subsequent donations to those in need, to the volunteering of our senior management teams time to support, guide and educate groups in our community, along with providing a safe space for the many mental health organisations within our community. When Warrandyte needs help, we are there to assist.
We can’t thank our entire Grand team enough for all their efforts to support, donate, raise awareness and participate in so many community activities that led us to win this most prized award.
We are extremely proud of our entire Grand Team to reach Victorian State Finalists for a further 6 awards:

The Grand Hotel then matched the amount raised with a further $3,008 donated.
