The critical judging consisted of written submissions and mystery shoppers.

On Monday 27th of November, sitting in the prestigious stands of Adelaide Oval, surrounded by nation wide hospitality industry elite, our General Manager Peter Appleby was crowned the National Australian Hotel Association ‘Local Legend’.

The Grand Team attended the prestigious 2023 AHA (Vic) State Awards for Excellence on Monday night and are extremely proud of all achievements made!

The Grand accomplished:
