The Grand is open all Easter Long Weekend, with live music from Elise Gaudion on Easter Sunday afternoon from 3pm – 6pm, plus Easter themed Chef Specials that are too good to miss.

The Grand Opening Hours:
Thursday: 12pm – 11pm
Good Friday: 12pm – 11pm
Easter Saturday: 12pm – late
Easter Sunday: 12pm – late
Easter Monday: 12pm – late

Our Grand Kiosk will be open all weekend (besides Easter Monday) to provide your favourite sharing style menu. With 10 delicious pizzas and 7 sharing snacks available – there’s an option to suit the whole crew!

Secure your table online, select the experience ‘Trivia Tuesday’ and ‘The Lower Deck Standard’ on a Tuesday night OR walk in on the night! Bookings are encouraged to avoid disappointment.

Each Quiz Meisters show is a jam-packed quiz full of cross-generational questions with onscreen videos, and interactive live games.

The quiz is made up of two rounds, and is about two hours long. No minimum or maximum group sizes, all are welcome!

We have crafted 2 unique twists on classic flavours with clarified cocktails!

After Dinner Mint
The ‘After Dinner Mint’ combines Crème de menthe, creme de cacao, vodka, lemon juice and sugar syrup, giving it a dessert-like feel

Jaffa
The ‘Jaffa’ combines Cointreau, creme de cacao, vodka, orange syrup, lemon juice and orange juice

To clarify the cocktails, milk is used resulting in a crystal-clear drink with a soft, smooth mouthfeel. A clarified cocktail has undergone a clarification process to make it clear and smooth, removing any cloudy or opaque appearance. The cocktails contain milk and dairy.

Together we raised a total of $2,500 for Fight4Jon in January and February.

Thank you to those who contributed to our weekly Friday Night Meat Tray or purchased a ‘Salsiccia Bro’s’ sausage dish from our specials, with $2 donated from every ‘Salsiccia Bro’s’ sausage dish sold.
