The 7 prestigious categories are:
- Best Function and Event Space
- Best Marketed Hotel
- Best Outdoor Experience – Metropolitan
- Emerging Leader of the Year-Alysha Fiumara
- Emerging Leader of the Year-Stephanie Plancke
- Heart of the Community
- Parma of the Year
The critical judging consisted of written submissions, mystery shoppers, CV’s and interviews.
