BIG NEWS: Our New Italian Kitchen Opens Next Week!

Get excited, Warrandyte — something delicious is coming…

We’re thrilled to announce that The Grand’s brand‑new Italian Kitchen opens next Wednesday 21st January from 5pm!
This is our third kitchen (yep, third!), making The Grand one of the only pubs in Melbourne running a multi‑kitchen setup — and we can’t wait to share it with you.

What to Expect

Our new space is all about casual Italian dining — relaxed, social, and full of flavour.
Think:

  • Handmade pasta
  • Seasonal Italian‑inspired dishes
  • Beautiful classic desserts like tiramisu & gelato
  • Gluten‑free pasta options available
  • No takeaway — dine‑in only to keep everything fresh and high quality

Opening Hours

Italian Kitchen Hours:

  • Wed & Thu: 5pm – 9pm
  • Fri–Sun: 12pm – 3pm & 5pm – 9pm

Heads Up on Food Timing

Orders from different kitchens may arrive at different times while our new KDS screens are being finalised.
If you want meals to land together, we recommend ordering from the same menu.

This has been a huge project for us — inspired by our love of Italian food and our desire to create another fun, casual dining experience at The Grand.
This is not a restaurant — it’s a brand‑new casual dining space inside The Grand.
It’s something truly unique, and we can’t wait to share it with our community.

  • Dec 8–14:
    • Mon–Thu: 4 PM–late
    • Fri–Sun: 12 PM–9 PM
  • From Dec 15–23:
    • Open 12 PM–9 PM daily
  • Dec 24:
    • Our Annual Christmas Eve Party – doors open at 4:30 PM!
    Kitchen Closed
  • Closed: Christmas Day & Boxing Day
  • Reopen: Sat Dec 27 – 30th from 3 PM, continuing 3 PM daily
  • New Years Eve: Open 12 PM–7 PM
  • New Year’s Day: open from 12pm until late

  • No bookings from Dec 27–Jan 5 (walk-ins only!)
  • Normal trading resumes Jan 5.
